In the heart of Frankfurt, on the site of the former "Technisches Rathaus" (Technical Town Hall), along the axis between Römer and Frankfurt Cathedral, the so-called "New Old Town" of Frankfurt was created. This became a relic of Frankfurt's city history, where historical and contemporary architecture meet.

The project

The entire reconstructed area now comprises 35 houses, of which 15 are replicas of historic old town houses that were rebuilt after their destruction in World War II. A multitude of different architects and craftsmen were involved in the planning and implementation of the construction project, creating unique works with great attention to detail.

BCL was responsible for the construction logistics planning and execution.
