In the Europaviertel Frankfurt/M., PGE Grundstückgesellschaft Europaviertel mbH realized a 66 m high office tower with an adjacent low-rise building.

The project

The office high-rise building with 18 above-ground floors consists of two slender discs, which are rotated from the 8th floor off-axis and shifted against each other. In the basement is the underground parking garage with over 200 parking spaces. In an adjacent part of the building, an 8-story low-rise building with mixed use was created. The planning came from the Berlin architectural firm Eike Becker_Architekten.

The building was completed at the end of 2022 and handed over to the tenant «Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung».

BCL was responsible for the construction logistics planning (work phases 1 to 6 according to AHO booklet 25).
