PANDION OFFICEHOME THE SHELF is a multifunctional building in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg that offers plenty of space for over 30 office units, retail and gastronomy.

The project

A spacious underground car park with parking spaces for cars and bicycles in located in the basement. The landscaped inner courtyard is available to all users of the building for breaks and recreation. In terms of sustainability and resource conservation, the new building received the DGNB pre-certificate in gold.

PANDION AG completed the property in 2021 and sold it on to another owner. PANDION is building another commercial courtyard vis-à-vis at Prinzenstraße 34 under the name PANDION OFFICEHOME The Grid, on which BCL was also involved as construction logistics provider.

BCL was responsible for the construction logistics planning, for the updating of this and for the execution of construction logistics.
