The Schöneberger Linse is located between Südkreuz station and Schöneberg S-Bahn station. In order to meet the high demand for inner-city living space, an urban district with a variety of uses is being created on the approx. 152,600 m² site.

The project

The quarter is divided into different construction areas and construction measures. Both living and working will be possible there. The Tempelhof-Schöneberg district office requested a comprehensive construction logistics plan for this building project in advance. In the form of a feasibility study, the risks were uncovered and proposed solutions were analysed and developed by BCL, taking into account all boundary conditions.

BCL was responsible for the construction logistics planning (service phases 1 to 3 according to AHO booklet 25).
